The American Board of Veterinary Practitioners convened at the 15th Annual ABVP Symposium, April 15-18, 2010 at the Westin Tabor Center in Denver, CO.
This comprehensive scientific program provided veterinarians with cutting edge information by top speakers in the fields of Canine, Feline, Avian, Bovine, Equine, Exotic Companion Mammal and Reptile and Amphibian* (*new this year) practice. Every course was designed not only to assist those seeking certification, but also to provide an excellent review for all practitioners and academicians. This symposium provided one of the best opportunities for professional growth, offering a challenging educational experience with limited time away from veterinarian practice.
Up to 22 hours of species-specific CE was provided Thursday through Sunday. Up to sixteen hours of species specific CE was provided from Friday through Sunday. An additional six hours of CE was obtained by attending the ABVP/AAHA Kick-Off Seminar (four hours of RACE approved CE) and the new Laser Lab (two hours of CE) on Thursday, April 15.
