  The Chateau Sonesta Hotel is currently sold out. ABVP has been able to secure a small additional room block at the Astor Crowne Plaza for Symposium attendees located just a block form the Chateau Sonesta Hotel. Reservations must be made by Thursday May 13, 2004 (72 hour cancellation policy). Request the ABVP rate of $155.00 Single/Double $20.00 additional person. For reservations contact:

  On The Town concierge service will be onsite near the ABVP registration area on the following days to assist with booking local tours, making dinner reservations and providing local area information:
