Omni Early Departure Policy
The Omni Nashville Hotel has an early departure policy that states that guests must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay. Failure to do so will result in an early checkout fee in the amount equal to one night room and tax to the guest’s account. If your departure date changes after you have made your reservation, notify the Omni Nashville Hotel prior to arrival to avoid being charged this fee.

Annual Awards Reception and Dinner
Join us Saturday, November 1 for this annual dinner where we recognize newly certified and recertified Diplomates. The 3rd Annual Live Auction, benefitting the ABVP Foundation, will be held following dinner. This event is open to all attendees and costs $60 per person. No tickets will be sold to the reception and dinner onsite. If you plan to attend, you must make reservations prior to arriving in Nashville.
This program was reviewed and approved by the AAVSB RACE program for 118.5 hours of continuing education. The maximum any one veterinarian or veterinary technician can earn is 24.5-25.0 hours. Participants should be aware that some boards have limitations on the number of hours accepted in certain categories and/or restrictions on certain methods of delivery of continuing education. Please contact the AAVSB RACE program if you have any comments/concerns regarding this program’s validity or relevancy to the veterinary profession.
