ABVP Diplomate fees are due by July 1 every year. The 2011-12 Diplomate renewal fees are $220. A $55 late fee will be assessed for payments received after October 1.

Your Diplomate renewal form will be submitted electronically to the ABVP office.  Once the payment is processed by an ABVP staff member, an electronic receipt will be e-mailed to you.  This process may take one to two business days.

If you are concerned with security, please contact the ABVP office for a hard copy renewal form, or remit using the renewal form you received via e-mail. You may also download a pdf file and email it to abvp@xmi-amc.com.
