ABVP Diplomate fees are due by July 1 every year. 2010-11 Diplomate renewal fees are $220. A $55 late fee will be assessed for payments received after September 1.

If you are concerned with security, please contact the ABVP office for a hard copy renewal form, or remit using the renewal form that you received via regular post by faxing to 615/254-7047. Or you can download a pdf file and email it to sbarkmeier@xmi-amc.com.
