Submission Review

Submission Guidelines

  • Create a Microsoft Word document saved and titled as “Submissions”.
  • This file should be placed on both of the two (2) blue labeled CDs you submit. These CDs may also contain your continuing education, lectures, publications, additional board certification and case reviewer training files.
  • The Word document should list the number of graded items, interpretive summaries, and case reports you reviewed and when over the last five (5) years prior to submission.

It is the responsibility of the Diplomate to keep track of how many items, in each of these categories, he/she reviews over the five (5) years prior to submission. The ABVP office will also keep records of this information.
