Submission Guidelines

You will send two (2) cds labeled in blue. Their contents will include your curriculum vitae. Your curriculum vitae should include, in the following order:

  • Send two (2) separate CDs each containing the below mentioned information.  These CDs may also contain your continuing education, lectures, publications, submission review, additional board certification and case reviewer training files.
  • Use ABVP blue recertification labels for your curriculum vitae or labels that are blue in color. 

Your curriculum vitae should include, in the following order:

  1. Name, home and office addresses, and phone numbers.
  2. Education: colleges, dates attended, degrees obtained, and years of graduation.
  3. Post-DVM training (internships, residencies, fellowships, etc.): include locations and dates attended.
  4. Work Experience: Start with most recent experience.
  5. Publications (professional and non-professional): copies of professional publications may be included.
  6. Membership in veterinary professional, scientific and honorary societies.
  7. Leadership roles in veterinary organizations.
  8. Community activities.
  9. Honors and awards.
